Real Spritz. Zero Fuss. Yes We Can: Orchestrating an AI Video Campaign
Ciao Bella! — Multi-Cut Campaign Spot
Role & Engagement
Creative Director & Visual AI Technologist
The Challenge
Transitioning a static visual brand system into a dynamic, multi-shot video campaign while maintaining strict visual consistency, character persistence, and brand narrative integrity. The goal was to produce a 40-second, 16:9 cinematic commercial spot that balances retro Italian summer aesthetics with sharp, modern comedic narrative across multi-model generative platforms.
The Solution
Using FLORA as the central orchestration platform, a full multi-shot commercial narrative was designed from script to final delivery. By combining multi-view character casting, image-to-video keyframing via Seedance and Kling, and CapCut audio post-production, the resulting spot delivers a flirtatious, sun-soaked narrative driving RTD spritz trial and brand awareness.

Technical AI Pipeline & Workflow
Character Casting & Multi-View Consistency
-
Conceptualized keyframes on a central storyboard.
-
Built character profiles inside FLORA, generating 4 consistent reference angles per subject to lock in facial features, body proportions, and retro swimwear styling across sequential shots.
Keyframe Generation & Video Model Routing
- Generated core scene keyframes using Nano Banana within FLORA.
- Routed start and end keyframes through Seedance and Kling image-to-video pipelines to interpolate smooth 5-second motion transitions.
- Utilized Kling for cost-effective credit management across complex multi-subject action shots.
Edit, Pacing & Sound Design
- Assembled interpolated clips inside CapCut, fine-tuning shot cuts to match the rhythm of an energetic 1960s Italian pop backing track.
- Integrated sound effects (waves, whistles, can clinks) and final voiceover audio.
Campaign in a Box: Scalable Production & Handoff
System Objective & Transferability
To ensure the visual identity and narrative legacy of Ciao Bella! scales beyond initial creation, the entire generative pipeline was packaged into a reusable FLORA Campaign in a Box workflow. Combining automated node architecture with creative governance, this framework connects generative speed with human intuition to maintain brand equity across future team handoffs.
